monthly service fee. Examples of included services are scheduled transportation,
daily activities, housekeeping, interior and exterior
maintenance, concierge service, a 24-hour staff that is friendly and attentive,
a dedicated Healthcare Concierge, and a private garage.
- Monthly
fees are based on the apartment size and style you choose and there a variety
of apartment sizes and styles to suit a variety of needs and budgets.
- All
taxes, utilities and services are included, except for telephone and internet –
another great value.
- The
Manor at York Town offers three value pricing plans so
that residents can take advantage of what works best for their particular
finances. Choose a 100% Refundable Entrance Fee – a very popular option for
estate preservation. A 70% Refundable Entrance Fee is also available, which
preserves assets AND lowers the Entrance Fee. The Fully Amortizing Entrance Fee
is a terrific option for those who desire a significantly reduced Monthly
Service Fee.
- The
Manor is a perfect home base for an independent lifestyle. A flexible Dining
Plan allows residents to take full advantage of the chef-prepared meals as
desired rather than required, a value advantage for a busy life and travel
schedule.
- A
full calendar of social, educational and recreational opportunities is included
in the monthly fee as well as wellness services such as blood pressure and
other health screenings. The Fitness
Center includes time with
a personal trainer at no additional charge!
